Tropa — for group trips

“So which hotel did we end up booking?”

You talk it through. Tropa remembers what you decided.

Your group keeps planning in Telegram. Tropa quietly turns the conversation into one organized trip page — with your ideas, decisions and bookings.

The problem

Everything’s in the chat. Finding what you decided is the hard part.

A hotel link from Tuesday. Three restaurant ideas. A train someone already booked. It’s all in there somewhere — but knowing what was mentioned isn’t the same as knowing what was decided.

What it looks like

Agreed in the chat. Settled on the page.

In the chat

  • What about Crisol Mozart? 300 m from the Promenade.
  • Looks good, let’s book it.
  • Booked two rooms ✅ The third is still TBD.

Not an AI trip planner

Choosing together is half the fun.

Tropa doesn’t plan the trip for you and doesn’t replace your chat. Your group compares, argues and decides the way it always has. Tropa makes sure the decisions don’t get lost.

How it works

Keep your chat. Get a trip page.

  1. 1

Add Rio to your trip chat.

Rio is Tropa’s bot. It says hello once, then mostly stays quiet.

  2. 2

    Keep talking.

Hotel links, ideas, “booked!” — no commands, no forms.

  3. 3

    See your trip take shape.

Where you’re staying, the route day by day, what’s booked and what’s still open — on one page, for everyone in the chat.

About your chat

Your chat stays yours

Who can open the page

Only people in your group’s chat. They sign in with Telegram, and Tropa checks they’re in the chat — the link alone isn’t enough. During the pilot I can see the page and messages too, to fix what the bot gets wrong.

What Rio reads

Only the chat you add it to, and only messages sent after it joins — Telegram doesn’t give bots the earlier history. Remove Rio and it stops reading.

Deleting your data

Ask me, and everything stored for your chat is deleted: messages, screenshots, tickets and the page itself.

Why this exists

Built from a real trip. Tested on two.

I’m Kate. I’m usually the one who plans our trips, and Tropa is the tool I wished I’d had. The first version came with five of us through Italy and France; this October a far more automated one ran my ten-day trip through Italy, start to finish.

I’m looking for the first groups to try Tropa on a real trip — free, with my help setting it up. Rio works in Telegram for now; on WhatsApp? Write to me anyway.
